  This kind of diamond router is metal bond, and it can be mounted on CNC or other tool machineries. It features a clean aggressive cut on natural or engineered stone.
  It is suitable for milling stone plate, glass plate and ceramic plate. The thickness of the plate from 1.0mm to 30mm can be processed by our diamond router.
  The diamond router has water cooling hole at the center. Adequate water cooling can increase its service life.

  The diamond segment welded on the diamond router are produced by the newest Vacuum-Hot pressing sintering machine. As the temperature of the hot pressing sintering is 800ºC~1000ºC, the high vacuum can protect the diamond grit from injury. There will be no oxidation of the grit in the hot pressing sintering.
  So this kind of diamond router has very good sharpness and long service life.
